Anyone who wishes to try
Zumba , please come to the clubhouse on
Tuesday Aug 31 at 10 am , finishes at 11.  We had lots of fun when it ran before Covid.
It isn’t a high impact workout.  It’s a program with dance moves that is designed for seniors. Unfortunately with being indoors masks have to be worn, but I really don’t think this will impact the flow of the program.

The website will be open to all Grand Cove Residents at 12 noon on Saturday April 30 2022.
